Based upon your priorities established in step one, you will receive an invitation to a virtual showing home-tour for the floor plans that suit your needs and lifestyle.
A member of our sales team can happily describe in real time each residence and delve into the finer details about finishes and amenities.
Upon selection of your home, a digital purchase agreement and related document review will be emailed to you via the secure digital signing platform DocuSign.

We will schedule a one-on-one virtual walk through of your home with one of our dedicated customer services representatives who will ensure every care and detail is given prior to move-in, and until we are able to conduct the final walk through with you in person.
We have several virtual and mobile signing options available, and will arrange the most convenient options to have your closing documents notarized.
